How to Combine the Slides from Different Members

1. Save all the PowerPoint slides in one thumbdrive.



2. Click on "View" then "Slide Sorter" in Microsoft PowerPoint.
   
   
   
   





3. You should see something like the screenshot below.
   
   
   
   



4. Select the slide that you want to copy and right-click. Select "COPY"
   
   




5. Click on the empty space. Then right-click and select "Paste"
   

How to download your groups' powerpoint slides

1. Click to open your powerpoint slide in a new window.
   





2. Do not login into Gmail. Click to open up the powerpoint slides in a new window.





3. Click on "Actions" at the bottom of the page.



4. Click on this to download the powerpoint slides.

Decide who is going to do which slide.

Slide 1 - Group Name and Members
Slide 2 & 3 - Picture and Sketch of toy using AutoShapes
Slide 4 - Explanation of Choice of Materials
Slide 5 - Reflections

Each group to assign one person to do each slide.

A suggestion is for the same person to do slide 1 and 5

Planning for your Powerpoint Slides

Now that you have finished your toy, your group needs to start planning for the presentation slides. Below are some guidelines on what information you can include in your PowerPoint slides.

1. What is your group name? Introduce your group members.
2. Name and Pictures of your toy.
3. Share with your audience what kind of materials you have used.
4. Explain why you used the materials.
5. Reflections on what you have learnt from the process of making the toy.
